What We Do • Logistics & Shipping
We love it when a plan comes together
If you think logistics is just scheduling some trucks, you’re missing the bigger picture (and probably some of your shipments). A lot of work goes into achieving logistical success.
Floor by Floor Downtime
A lot of furniture companies ship when it’s convenient for them and not the customer. If you’re renovating a hotel, this can quickly lead to chaos, with different items arriving at different times, for different floors. We’re not big on disorder. That’s why we work with you to ensure everything arrives one floor at a time to minimize the impact on your guests and your occupancy.
Detailed Status Reports
We like to keep the guesswork out of the equation. We’ll keep you informed with regular reports so you’re always up to date on the status of your project. If you ever have a question or concern, your designated Project Manager is ready to take your call or email.
Delivery Coordination
Coordinating the delivery of hundreds of items is a lot like herding cats, but we do our best to avoid surprises and get your items to you when you need them. Our experience with various vendors and shipping companies has made us pretty good at arranging and sticking to timelines that work with your schedule.
Follow Up and Inquiries Requests
Our work doesn’t stop once your furniture has been delivered. While you and your team are handling the installation, we’re just a phone call away if there are any questions or concerns.
