At Hospitality Designs our clientele includes hotel owners, hotel ownership groups, hotel managers, purchasing companies and agents, as well as architectural and interior design firms. With such a wide range of clients, the projects we take on can range from small refurbishments to full FF&E design and supply packages. Each project that we take on requires different levels of engagement and has different goals to be achieved. Our job is to ensure that each project is executed correctly and efficiently.

Project Management Includes:

  • Quoting products as required by the
    client or by the franchise
  • Ensuring products selected meet proper
    standards and are approved by franchise
  • Procuring each product either through
    our own manufacturing plants, or from
    trusted vendors
  • Arranging delivery time-lines that fit the
    clients desired schedule
  • Customer service and post-delivery follow
    up to ensure there are no problems once
    products have been delivered.


Hospitality Designs services adds value by providing a dedicated in-house design team comprised of enthusiastic and talented professionals. The team includes Interior Designers, Architects, as well as Engineers. Our Design department can match existing pieces or create a distinctive furniture style that is exclusive to your property. We are also able to provide custom redesign or branding that can be carried across a number of properties within a hotel group.

Interior Design Includes:

  • A comprehensive design consultation to
    ensure the client’s needs are addressed.
  • A detailed design board, showing items
    selected in their correct color, fabric, and
  • Detailed line drawings, specifying the
    dimensions and construction of each
    case good piece.
  • An in-depth approval package (for franchise
    properties only) which we submit to franchise
    for approval.


Our manufacturing plants in Canada and Asia facilitate the manufacture of case goods, upholstered goods, lighting, and tile under our own label.  The benefits of owning our own manufacturing plants are passed on to our clients through excellent quality control, accurate production timelines, and lower costs. In addition to supplying clients with a full selection of these products, we also offer a wide selection of other full FF&E products through strong relationships that we have built with known industry suppliers. By offering these FF&E procurement services to our clients, the furnishing process is much more smooth and efficient.
